What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Managing incoming applicant enquiries and arranging property viewings
- Carrying out viewings and delivering professional feedback to landlords
- Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancy terms between all parties
- Progressing lets from initial offer through to successful completion and move-in
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Ensuring all lettings activity is compliant and aligned with company procedures and standards
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience within residential lettings is essential
- Strong sales ability with proven negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and confident presentation
- Strong telephone manner with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred
- Good understanding of Wimbledon and surrounding South West London areas advantageous
- Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
