Interesting and varied role for a Legal Administrator or Conveyancing Assistant to work in Residential Conveyancing. Hybrid working.
Supporting a busy team, this role does not include typing dictation, but is focused on admin. You will need to have one year’s experience (min.) in a similar role as a Legal Administrator or Legal Secretary in Residential Conveyancing or as a Conveyancing Assistant.
Duties include scheduling meetings, liaising with clients, estate agents and mortgage brokers, AML checks, opening new files, post-completion admin, updating the case management system, responding to queries via phone and email.
Good long term career prospects in a supportive, collaborative team. This role is not suitable for Law graduates or those looking to qualify as a solicitor.
