Requirements:
– Expert in preparing all kinds of Lebanese Grills (meat, chicken, and kofta) to perfection.
– Highly experienced in cooking traditional “Dish of the Day” / Daily specials (stews, oven dishes, and home-style cooking).
– Full knowledge of Mezze, salads, starters, and main courses.
– Strictly follows Food Hygiene & Safety standards at all times.
– Keeps the kitchen clean, organized, and well-managed.
– Hardworking, reliable, and works well under pressure.
