What you’ll do

Being a Lead Product Analyst isabout so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll:

• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, system architecture, and data principles, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and data-driven decision making
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, working effectively across business and technical teams to drive alignment and outcomes
• Ability to manage priorities, organise work, and maintain high quality through attention to detail, backlog management, and structured analysis
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, supporting system changes, testing, and working in live product or operational environments
• Strong soft skills, including adaptability, teamwork, attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach
