We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team, supporting various construction, gardening, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in horticulture, landscaping, and general site work.

Office based and Yard based in Ickenham

Place of work will vary over Hillingdon Borough

Responsibilities

• Assisting with landscape maintenance, including garden clearanc, hedge trimming, strimming, grass cutting, concreting, patios
• Operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Supporting excavation activities using equipment such as excavators
• Installing and maintaining irrigation systems
• Performing general construction tasks, including site clearance and material movement
• Assisting with equipment maintenance and basic repairs
• Ensuring work areas are clean, safe, and organised at all times
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards

Skills

• Experience or interest in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture
• Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain tools and equipment
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment such as excavators
• Ability to perform physical tasks requiring strength and stamina
• Good organisational skills with attention to safety procedures
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of construction practices is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is important

Pay: £100.00-£110.00 per day
