Labourer / Fireplace Installer Assistant
Immediate Start Available – Full Time Position

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our busy and growing team of fireplace installers offering holiday pay, pension contributions, and the opportunity to develop within a well-established family run business.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials, fireplaces, and equipment.
• Supporting fireplace installers and skilled tradespeople on-site.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Operating basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Assisting with installations and general site duties as required.
• Following all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Participating in training to develop skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good level of physical fitness and ability to carry out manual work.
• Comfortable working at heights when required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
• Previous construction or labouring experience is beneficial, but not essential.
