What’s on Offer?
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 6pm; Friday 9am-5pm.
Enjoy the flexibility of either two late starts or two early finishes per week.
No weekends, and all bank holidays off.
Salary: £21,000 – £25,000 (based on experience) + Uncapped Commission
Additional Commission paid for any prospected business won.
OTE £60k
The Role:
o Receive leads generated by our marketing team to support your sales efforts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
o Proactively prospect businesses to identify their need for fleet vehicles and related financial services (e.g. asset finance, salary sacrifice, commercial finance), then convert these into sales.
o Allocation of existing Customer Accounts after minimum of 6 months.
o Qualify customer needs and recommend the ideal vehicle solution.
o Advise customers on various contract types to provide the most suitable funding route.
o Sell a wide range of vehicles – cars, vans, and pickup trucks – to both individuals and businesses.
o Work towards monthly targets for both deal volume and revenue generation.
