Join Our Team at Cosmetic College – Hair, Beauty & Aesthetic Tutors Wanted!

Location: Orpington, BR6 8NL

Contract Type: Freelance / Contract (2–5 days per week)

Cosmetic College is an established industry leader in Aesthetic and Permanent Makeup education and we’re expanding! Due to high learner demand, we’re launching our brand-new Hair Studio in January 2026, adding to our popular range of Beauty and Aesthetic training courses.

We’re now seeking experienced and passionate Tutors in Hair, Beauty, and Aesthetics to join our award-winning team of professionals.

HAIR TUTORS

Requirements:

• Qualified to Level 2 and Level 3 in Hairdressing (VTCT preferred, City & Guilds considered).
• Minimum 5 years’ salon experience.
• Education or Assessor qualification (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education & Training, or equivalent) desirable training can be provided for the right candidate.

BEAUTY TUTORS

Requirements:

• Qualified to Level 2 and Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (VTCT preferred, City & Guilds considered).
• Minimum 5 years’ industry experience in salon, spa, or training environments.
• Must hold or be willing to work towards an Education and Training and Assessor qualification.

AESTHETIC TUTORS

Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Laser Hair Removal
• Microneedling
• Chemical Peels
• LED Light Therapy
• Tattoo Removal
• Mesotherapy

Desirable:

• Level 4 or higher qualifications in Aesthetic Practice or related specialisms.
• A teaching or assessing qualification, or at least 5 years’ hands-on clinical experience in the field.

INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURERS (IQA)

We are also recruiting experienced Internal Quality Assurers (IQA) for our Hair, Beauty, and Aesthetics departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ industry experience in the relevant sector.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IQA position.
• Must hold a recognised Internal Quality Assurance qualification (Level 4 Award/Certificate in IQA)
