Jewellery Sales Assistant

We sell a wide range of beautiful antique & modern jewellery and silver and are looking for a sales assistant to join our small, friendly team.

You’ll keep our stock clean and display our windows so customers can appreciate the fabulous pieces we sell. We get the opportunity to help our customers choose jewellery, either for gifts or for a celebration of some of the best times of their lives (including engagement rings and wedding rings). Our customers trust us and in order to help them, you’ll be professional in your approach and a people person, who will listen to what the customer wants, and be informative about our stock to be able to advise accordingly.

You’ll be well presented with excellent customer service skills. Ideally you’ll have previous experience of selling jewellery, although this is not essential, previous customer service experience is.

Standard hours of work are two days a week on a Tuesday and a Friday with additional full time hours required for holiday cover, so you must be flexible. Working as an integral part of a small team, reliability is also important.
