Requirement to travel between Trust Academies
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join our IT department, based at The Cedars Academy, with travel to other Trust schools as required.
You will play a pivotal role in providing a first-class IT service contributing to high quality teaching and learning within our school. We are looking for a dedicated member of the team who will promote and uphold the values and ethos of the school and to act as a role model for our students.
Working with the ICT Helpdesk System, you will ensure that incidents and requests are prioritised appropriately maintaining communications with users until resolution. You will be responsible for providing high quality technical support and advice, escalating to the Senior ICT Technician where necessary. You will maintain hardware and test and install new software, ensuring licensing compliance.
