The Role

As our IT Support Specialist, you will be the guardian of our digital ecosystem. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from diagnosing complex hardware and software issues to onboarding new users and optimizing our cloud infrastructure. This role blends hands-on technical troubleshooting with great human interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• First-Class Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues efficiently for both on-site and remote team members.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor, update, and maintain our internal networks, servers, and cloud environments (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
• Security & Compliance: Implement and manage cybersecurity best practices, ensuring user access controls, backups, and anti-malware tools are ironclad.
• Onboarding & Asset Management: Configure new laptops, workstations, and mobile devices, and maintain a meticulously organized IT asset inventory.
• Tech Optimization: Proactively identify bottleneck areas in our current systems and recommend innovative tech upgrades to improve company-wide productivity.

Your Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or Systems Administration role.
• Strong proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems and enterprise cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS).
• Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Routers/Switches).
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk) and remote monitoring tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a distinct advantage.
