We are seeking an exceptionally skilled, highly trustworthy, and passionate IT Specialist to work closely with us in managing, advancing, and securing our digital infrastructure. This is not an ordinary IT support role; we are looking for an “A-Player” who is highly proficient in White Hat Hacking (penetration testing and threat mitigation) and simultaneously possesses strong capabilities in System Development from scratch.

Job Description

As our Dedicated IT Specialist, you will take full ownership of the following core areas:

• White Hat Hacking & Security Audits: Regularly conduct penetration testing across our networks and applications, proactively identify and patch security vulnerabilities, and deploy robust defenses against cyber threats.

• System Development: Design, code, and deploy custom software, internal tools, and web-based applications tailored to our specific operational and strategic needs.

• IT Infrastructure Management: Ensure all servers, databases, and APIs operate at peak performance with 100% uptime and optimal resource allocation.

• Data Protection & Confidentiality: Implement ironclad encryption protocols and data access controls to safeguard sensitive, high-level, and strategic information.

• Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Act as the first line of defense to diagnose and resolve complex technical glitches and system bottlenecks swiftly.

• Technology Consultation: Research emerging tools, frameworks, and modern tech trends, providing strategic recommendations on how to integrate them to boost efficiency.

Pay: £24,420.00-£45,744.85 per year
