Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations

• Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality.
• Manage check‑ins, check‑outs and reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle enquiries in person, by phone and via email with professionalism and a friendly tone.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel services, local attractions and amenities.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
• Address guest concerns promptly, using initiative and escalating when required.
• Keep the reception area organised, presentable and guest‑ready at all times.
• Support the management team with administrative tasks, data entry and reporting.

Service Excellence

• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer care, even during busy periods.
• Build rapport with guests and contribute to a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
• Uphold hotel standards and ensure every guest feels valued and well looked after.

Skills & Experience

• Previous hotel or guest‑service experience is preferred, though not essential for the right personality.
• Excellent communication skills and confident phone etiquette.
• Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Friendly, approachable and professional in both appearance and manner.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus and highly valued.
• Familiarity with hotel systems or PMS software is advantageous.
