Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting prescriptions to patients homes , ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting our logistics operations with efficiency and dedication. A valid driver’s licence and previous driving experience are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company car, to deliver goods to clients and customers.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet scheduled deadlines.
- On occasions load and unload items, including heavy or bulky goods, with proper handling techniques.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented and signed for upon receipt.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery times or any issues encountered during routes.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies during operations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and customers.
- Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools is beneficial. This role is ideal for organised individuals who take pride in their driving skills and customer service abilities, contributing positively to our company’s reputation for reliable deliveries.

Pay: £12.81 per hour
