Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality support to clients in their own homes and outside. This role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and independence. Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting clients with mobility and transfers to promote independence
• Preparing meals and assisting with dietary requirements according to care plans
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
• Administering medication reminders as directed by care plans
• Performing light domestic duties including cleaning and laundry
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided and any changes in client needs
• Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
• Driving clients to appointments or social activities as necessary

Skills

• Valid driving licence and ability to drive safely between clients’ homes
• Experience working within a care home or home care setting is desirable
• Knowledge of creating and following care plans tailored to individual needs
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication
• Basic IT skills for maintaining documentation and updating records
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members
• Compassionate nature with a strong sense of professionalism and discretion
