Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Phonics Intervention & PPA Cover
The Role
We are seeking a friendly and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children and young people with severe and complex learning needs across a range of key stages.
This role focuses on delivering phonics interventions across the school and providing class cover to support high-quality teaching and learning. You will work closely with teachers, subject leads and support staff to ensure appropriate differentiation and effective learning strategies are in place for all students.

Essential Criteria
- A specialism in literacy, reading development, or a related area

- Resilience, flexibility and a student-centred approach
