Job Summary

We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join our growing domiciliary care team across the Romford and Havering area.

We are specifically looking for carers with flexible availability who are interested in consistent full-time hours and long-term work opportunities.

Drivers are preferred due to travel between client visits.

This role involves supporting service users within their own homes while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
• Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support with meal preparation and hydration
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and report any concerns or changes in wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care records using company systems
• Travel between client visits where required
• Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or support work is preferred but not essential
• Applicants with no care experience are welcome if willing to learn and undertake training
• Driver preferred
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends preferred
• Must be willing to work in the Romford and Havering area
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Immediate availability preferred
