Summary
‘Support Worker’ or ‘Health Care Assistant’ roles are vital to our mission, providing essential assistance to individuals in need of compassionate home-based care. Based in North West London, these positions play a crucial role in promoting independence and well-being for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support.
- Monitor and report on clients’ health conditions.
- Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other health conditions with patience and understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure client well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to deliver holistic support.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or nursing environments is preferred.
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Basic first aid knowledge.
- Valid driving license is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely.
- Reliable, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
