We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team. Duties

• Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Support the implementation of personalised care plans tailored to individual needs
• Monitor and record health conditions, reporting any concerns to senior staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents or clients
• Help with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Support with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
• Assist with light domestic tasks to ensure a comfortable living environment
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, families, and healthcare professionals using excellent English language skills

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving travel between care settings or clients’ homes
• Good IT skills for maintaining accurate records and updating care plans
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail
