We are seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Lawyer to lead a long-established, successful, and profitable firm based in North London.

The Role
You will be responsible for leading the Wills & Probate department, including:
- Managing and motivating a team
- Monitoring KPIs across field-based will writers
- Reporting directly to the Board of Directors
- Supporting the future growth of the business
- Assisting with acquisitions and integration of additional practices
About You
Essential:
- Qualified Lawyer / Solicitor with Wills & Probate experience
- Experience working within a law firm
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial mindset with experience managing performance/KPIs
- Technology-savvy and open to innovation
Desirable:
- Current or previous practising certificate
- Experience supporting business growth, acquisitions, or integration projects
