Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Handyman / Multi-skilled tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of practical skills to undertake various maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry tasks, including repairs, fittings, and installations
• Must have driving licence and own work vehicle
• Perform roofing repairs and maintenance to ensure structural integrity and safety
• Conduct construction painting projects, both interior and exterior
• Handle plumbing repairs such as leak fixing, pipework, and fixture installation
• Undertake masonry work including bricklaying, pointing, and surface repairs
• Manage electrical work within scope of experience, including wiring and fixture installation
• Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks
• Fabricate custom components or modifications as required for various projects
• Assist in general maintenance duties across different sites, ensuring safety standards are met

Skills

• Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work
• Proficient with hand tools such as hammers, saws, screwdrivers, chisels
• Skilled in operating power tools including drills, grinders, saws, and sanders
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and materials
• Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs and maintenance
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Physically fit with the capability to perform manual labour in various environments
• Strong attention to detail ensuring quality workmanship across all tasks

Pay: £100.00-£200.00 per day
