Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ground worker improver. This role is integral to our operations, requiring a proactive approach and a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to our mission by ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, fostering a positive environment for both colleagues and clients.

These works are across the South east and London in multiple sites. Must be willing to travel.

Duties

• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Experience in excavating, foundations, rebar, shuttering, containment ducts, Drainage, Slab laying.
• Experience in Bricklaying
• Execute daily tasks with precision, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, promoting safety and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing updates on progress and challenges.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role is essential
• Valid CSCS
• Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with relevant tools is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temporary
Contract length: 6-8 weeks

Pay: £180.00-£220.00 per day
