As the GRAHAM business continues to grow and develop, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Trainee Building Services Manager via an apprenticeship programme. The successful candidate will be based across our Liverpool region providing support to our existing project teams.
As a Trainee Building Services Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design-and-build packages across our projects. Working alongside experienced managers you’ll help ensure designs are delivered to a high standard and installations run smoothly on site.
You’ll gain hands on experience in reviewing designs, solving technical challenges, monitoring progress, and contributing to safety and quality checks. This role is a great opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, learn how major building services systems come together, and play a key part in keeping projects on track and within budget.
Please note, The role may also involve working unsociable hours – Candidates are expected to be flexible on working hours and arrangements.
Job Description
The Trainee Building Services Manager shall assist the BSM team with various activities that range from tender through to aftercare. A Summary of these activities are noted below:

Technical Apprenticeships are available at a number of entry points from GCSE, A Level or BTEC awards, we are currently seeking to recruit individuals hoping to transition onto a Higher-Level or Degree Level Apprenticeship, which are offered from Level 4 to Level 7.
A Higher Apprenticeship provides a structured pathway to develop your skills while earning a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in the workplace alongside dedicated study time, with all training costs fully funded.
