Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team, supporting a variety of construction, gardening, and maintenance projects. Responsibilities

• Assisting with landscape maintenance, including planting, pruning, and lawn care
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment safely and efficiently
• Supporting excavation activities using excavators and other machinery
• Installing and maintaining irrigation systems
• Performing general maintenance tasks across various sites
• Assisting with construction-related activities such as site preparation and material handling
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised at all times
• Supporting team members with specialised tasks requiring mechanical knowledge or horticultural expertise

Qualifications

• Prior experience or knowledge in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is desirable but not essential
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is advantageous
• Experience operating excavators or similar machinery is a plus
• Basic understanding of irrigation systems and general maintenance practices preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
• Physical fitness to handle manual labour tasks including lifting and digging
• A proactive attitude with willingness to learn new skills within construction and landscaping fields

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
