Gateperson job at Altrincham Full Time NEW

Recruit 4 Construction are currently looking for an experienced Gateperson to work on a busy construction site on a long-term basis.

This is a key role on site and we are specifically looking for someone who lives VERY local to the project to avoid transport or reliability issues.

The hours of work are 0700 to 1700 but you must show a little bit of flexibility when required.

Duties will include:

• Managing the site entrance and exit points
• Recording daily vehicle movements accurately
• Logging high volumes of lorry deliveries and collections
• Communicating with drivers and site management
• Ensuring all visitors report correctly to site
• Maintaining a safe and professional site entrance
• Being courteous and professional with all visitors and contractors

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Full PPE
• Previous Gateperson / Traffic Marshall experience preferred
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Will be subjected to a Drug and Alcohol test upon Induction before starting on site
• Ability to maintain accurate vehicle movement records throughout the day
