Furniture Assembler job at Hitchin Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Furniture Assembler to assemble flat packed wall bed with side cupboards & 2 desks. The job will take no more than 2 days.

Duties

• Assemble furniture components using hand tools, power tools, and joinery techniques to meet quality standards.
• Interpret drawings, assembly instructions, and specifications to ensure accurate construction.
• Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled furniture to identify and rectify defects or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience in furniture assembly is highly desirable.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and joinery techniques.
• Background in carpentry, masonry, or construction painting is advantageous.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during the assembly process.

Pay: £200.00 per day
