Front of House Staff – RUNNER job at Romford Full Time NEW

Mondays 5pm-10:30pm, Wednesday 12pm-5pm, Thursdays 12pm-5pm, Sundays 4pm-8pm

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
– Maintain a clean and organized front-end area, including checkout lanes and displays
– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

– Reading tickets and serving meals

Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
– Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
– Familiarity with caribbean food preferably
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Note: Bartending experience is not required for this position.
