MJ Wellness & Training London – Ruislip

MJ is a boutique private training facility built around elite coaching, high standards and a strong community atmosphere. We are looking for a confident, driven and professional Front of House team member to join the MJ team.

This is far more than a reception role. You will be one of the first faces members see when they walk through our doors and play a major role in shaping the overall member experience and community culture inside the gym.

We are looking for somebody who is naturally personable, sales-focused, organised and motivated to grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and guests to the facility
• Managing memberships, enquiries and trial bookings
• Conducting tours and confidently converting leads into members
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with members
• Managing emails, bookings and day-to-day front of house administration
• Supporting gym operations and maintaining high presentation standards
• Assisting with events, launches and community engagement

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence speaking to new people
• Basic admin and email management knowledge
• Professional appearance and high standards
• Organised, proactive and reliable
• Passion for fitness, wellness and boutique hospitality
• Previous experience in hospitality, sales or gym environments preferred
