Front of House/ Receptionist job at London Full Time

The role & responsibilities

The role includes answering calls, making bookings on our clinic system, greeting clients, taking payments and supporting the therapists and stylists.

The successful candidate must be a seasoned seller with a proven background in a similar Front of House/Receptionist role. Retail experience within the beauty sector is essential and preferably with brows and lashes, as is a positive approach to solving problems and managing deadlines.

Key requirements:

· Minimum 1 year Front of house/Receptionist retail experience

· Experience with a high-end brand

· Friendly

· Be a team player

· Have excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

● Make appointment bookings using our online booking system

● To process payments

● To promote other services and products to customers as appropriate

● To answer calls, contact clients via telephone / email, and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner

● To smoothly take over the client’s journey from the therapist/stylist and complete payments and appointment bookings.

Job Type: Part- time- 2 days per week

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week – Must be flexible and able to work at weekends
