We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy individual with a strong interest in the tech and AI space to join a fast-growing startup based in London. Working closely with the Founder, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role, ideally with previous experience in operations, HR coordination, project management, and providing high-level administrative support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support the founder with administrative and operational tasks
• Coordinate hiring processes, including scheduling and managing communications
• Assist with various project management duties when required
• Provide ongoing PA and EA support to the Founder
• Support the set-up of AI tools and help to improve internal processes

Who You Are

• A highly organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and a strong interest in AI tools an digital platforms
• Previous startup experience is highly desirable
• Confident at taking initiative and enjoys working closely with others
