What you’ll do:

• Support the preparation and presentation of meals while consistently following food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment by cleaning service areas, washing equipment, and restocking supplies as required.
• Assist with the safe handling, storage, and rotation of food stock to ensure freshness and compliance with food safety procedures.
• Take customer orders, process payments efficiently, and confidently support a range of dietary and allergen requirements.
• Help set up and clear down food service stations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Follow all health, safety, and company procedures in line with Sodexo policies and standards.
