Welcome to The Eliott Hotel, Gibraltar’s finest hotel, where we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant.

This being a customer-facing role, great communication skills are a must (you’ll field all kinds of queries, and not just on food and drink), but you’ll also understand the value of listening. Some of our guests may have specific needs, such as dietary requirements, which will need relaying to the kitchen so you’ll need attention to detail and to take care when communicating with colleagues.
