Your Role: Front of House Team Member / Supervisor
You’re the face and heartbeat of our restaurant & bar, ensuring every guest feels celebrated from the moment they step through our doors.
What You’ll Do
- Warm Welcomes: Greet each guest with genuine warmth—learn names, chat local landmarks, create instant rapport.
- Seamless Service: Take orders with flair and accuracy, upsell signature dishes and wine pairings, then deliver with a smile.
- Spotless Environment: Keep our dining spaces immaculate—tables set to perfection, linen pristine, ambiance on point.
- Kitchen Collaboration: Liaise with chefs to guarantee timely, picture-perfect plates that delight both palate and eyes.
- Guest Expertise: Advise on menu highlights, dietary requirements and special celebrations—be their guide to an exceptional experience.
- Efficient Billing: Handle transactions swiftly and accurately, using your confidence with numbers to keep things flowing.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for hospitality with at least 6 months’ experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar.
- A naturally friendly demeanour and superb communication skills.
- Strong time-management in busy environments—you thrive under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn wine lists, menu details and spa offerings.
- A collaborative spirit who loves teamwork and continuous improvement.
