Food and Beverage Server job at Hayes Full Time

Courtyard by Marriott London Heathrow, managed by Legacy Hotels & Resorts, boasts 244 bedrooms, 10 meeting and event rooms, and three busy restaurants, including rooftop dining with stunning views over Heathrow Airport’s runway. We are currently seeking food and beverage servers to join our team and look after our guests in the restaurant. This is a casual posistion, including working evenings and weekends.

Core Duites

• Meet and greet guests in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Set up and prepare tables according to event type and restaurant standards.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen regarding orders, special requests, and timing.
• Assist guests with menu choices and provide accurate information on allergens and dietary requirements.
• Process orders and payments using the MICROS system.
• Check in with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all restaurant areas, including stations, crockery, and glassware.
• Complete opening and closing duties in line with operational procedures.
• Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and guest care are consistently maintained.
