We’re looking for a FOH Team Member who is as obsessed with quality as they are with people. You don’t need to be a PGA pro, but you do need to be a pro at making people feel like they belong.

What You’ll Do Everyday

• You’re the first person our guests see. Whether they’re here for a serious swing session or a casual pint, you’ll make them feel like the VIP of the day.
• Learn the ins and outs of our elite simulators so you can troubleshoot a swing or start a game with total confidence.
• Keep the drinks flowing and the standards high. Whether it’s a crisp pint or a signature cocktail, it’s served with elite-level care.
• We work together to keep the club spotless, the energy high and the vibes curated.

Who You Are

• You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and have a knack for turning a first-time visitor into a regular.
• You notice the small things: a stray glass, a flickering screen, or a guest who looks a bit lost and you’re always on hand to fix it.
• Whether it’s tweaking a simulator setting or recommending the perfect drink, you’re always looking for those little wins that make a guest’s day better.
• You know that team work is crucial to delivering an excellent experience, so you’re always ready to jump in and support your colleagues.
• You’re reliable, transparent, and operate with integrity. If something isn’t quite right, we work together to fix it.
