About the role
The Finance Administrator will:
– Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
– Process income and expenditure transactions
– Complete reconciliations and maintain audit-ready records
– Prepare and submit payroll data to external providers
– Administer pension processes and maintain payroll records
– Manage invoicing across different income streams
– Monitor and manage outstanding balances in line with agreed processes
– Produce regular reports on debtor position
– Monitor cash flow and flag risks appropriately
– Work closely with the Business Administrator to ensure continuity of key tasks
As financial systems and processes continue to develop, there will be scope to support more streamlined and consistent ways of working.
About you
You will bring:
– Experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping role
– Strong accuracy and attention to detail
– Confidence using digital finance systems (Xero)
– Understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll processes
– Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
– Professional judgement in handling confidential information
– An interest in improving processes and maintaining high-quality financial records
