Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of manual tasks across different projects, contributing to the successful completion of building and maintenance works. Responsibilities

• Assisting with carpentry, roofing, and masonry tasks as directed by supervisors
• Supporting construction painting, plumbing, and electrical work where required
• Operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assisting with fabrication tasks on-site, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
• Handling materials and equipment safely around the site
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure safety standards are met
• Supporting team members with various labouring duties to facilitate project progress

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or related trades is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific tasks
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in building environments is desirable
• Basic understanding of carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work is beneficial
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour over extended periods
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
