Facilities SIA Officer job at Coventry Full Time NEW

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Workforce Support Officer to support operations based from Cooper House, Coventry.

This role is initially for a 5-week period on a part-time basis and includes split shifts. There may also be an opportunity for job share arrangements where suitable.

The role involves driving an 8-seater automatic electric minibus alongside supporting general workforce and facilities duties throughout the day.

Shift Times

Morning Duties
07:45 – 10:45

Evening Duties
16:00 – 18:00

Main ResponsibilitiesMorning Duties

• Collect company minibus and transport staff safely
• Return vehicle and place on charge
• External litter picking around site
• Empty smoking shelter ash trays
• Distribution of milk, bread, fruit and refreshments
• Refill and maintain coffee machines
• Tidy and organise post room
• Empty confidential waste bins
• Refill copier paper and supplies
• Support front of house with parcels and visitors
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms where required

Evening Duties

• Transport staff safely at the end of the day
• Return minibus to site
• Ensure vehicle is placed on charge
• Hand keys to Concierge Security team before leaving shift

Requirements

Essential:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Confident driving larger vehicles/minibus-style vehicles
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently

Preferred:

• SIA Workforce Support Officer experience
• Previous front of house or facilities support experience

Vetting Requirements

Applicants undertaking driving responsibilities will be required to:

• Provide a valid DBS Certificate
• Complete company vetting procedures
• Provide Right to Work documentation

Pay: £13.65 per hour
