This is an excellent opportunity for a façade designer with hands on experience in Façade design, curtain wall detailing, or building envelope to join a specialist consultancy that values support, development and work-life balance.

Do you have Experience as a façade designer? Do you want to join a specialist façade consultancy where your technical detailing skills will be valued, developed, and trusted on high-quality projects?

This niche multidisciplinary practice covers structural consultancy, building envelope consultancy, façade engineering, and digital design. The business has built a strong reputation on the quality and rigour of its engineering. With a tight-knit team and a satellite network of specialist freelancers, this is a company that does things properly, from concept through to delivery. The work ranges from specialist UK projects to occasional high-profile international commissions, with an inclusive, collaborative culture where everyone works closely together.

In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to façade design and detailing, producing buildable 2D and 3D details, fabrication and material schedules, and coordinating directly with clients and project teams. This role offers genuine flexibility and the opportunity to work from home with the requirement to meet clients across London, additionally there is an office in East London if an individual preferred to work there.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual, with strong time management and exceptional attention to detail. With experience in a hands-on design role working on a range of projects. This would suit someone who is self-motivated and wants to improve their skills. Candidates can come from a range of backgrounds, whether that is consultancy, contraction, or manufacturing experience. Experience with Revit, Rhino, or AutoCAD are all welcomed, and training is available for the right person.

The Role:

• Designing, detailing, and producing buildable 2D/3D drawings
• Producing fabrication, assembly, and material schedules
• Coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and project teams
• Hybrid or remote work with client visits across London

The Person:

• Experience in façade design, curtain wall detailing, or building envelope projects
• AutoCAD experience essential, REVIT or Rhino experience desired
• Consultancy or contractor-side background, both are welcome
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
