ClipWinz is a short-form content distribution company helping brands and creators expand their reach across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

The Role

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder of ClipWinz.

This role goes beyond managing calendars and inboxes. You’ll become a key partner in helping the business stay organised, focused, and moving forward.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating priorities, keeping projects on track, handling day-to-day executive support, and ensuring important tasks don’t get lost in the noise.

The ideal person is highly organised, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership without needing constant direction.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the founder’s schedule and coordinate meetings
• Prioritise and organise communications across email and messaging platforms
• Keep track of important tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Prepare meeting notes, action items, and internal documentation
• Organise files, reports, and operational processes
• Conduct research and gather information when needed
• Assist with travel planning and administrative tasks
• Help improve workflows and create more efficient systems
• Act as a central point of coordination across the business
