- Develop bespoke client solutions across financial institutions, corporates, private banks, and institutional investors
- Actively manage and contribute to the structured issuance pipeline, including structured notes, repacks, and funding-driven transactions
- Partner closely with trading desks to design hedging strategies and manage the risks associated with structured trades
- Work alongside sales teams to originate ideas, support client discussions, and deliver tailored solutions
- Take full ownership of transactions from idea generation through pricing, execution, documentation, and approvals
- Provide market insights and identify structuring opportunities across EM macro themes, rates, and cross-currency dynamics
