We are recruiting an Education Services Officer (12-month maternity cover) in the Assessment Results team in the Assessment Management department.
The Assessment Results team is responsible for maintaining records relating to student progression, processing outcomes for consideration by Assessment Boards, and confirming classifications and results to students.

About the role:
Education Services Officers require the ability to provide excellent stakeholder service and administrative support for assessment activities across Manchester Metropolitan University. There will be a need to establish excellent working relationships with the Professional Service area, the academic community and collaborative partners.
Officers provide guidance and support to students and academic staff, supported by their team, on a wide range of assessment related issues.
Officers also need the ability to critically analyse data, lead project workstreams and be a contact for certain areas within Assessment Management.

Consisting of seven teams, Assessment Management work in a positive environment which encourages the development of skills and professional growth. All roles are varied, but a brief flavour of the core work of each team is listed below.

Roles are based within particular teams; however, colleagues work collaboratively and flexibly to support the needs of the whole department in relation to the demands of the academic calendar.
