Role Overview
The Education Manager will play a key leadership and operational role within the academy, supporting educational administration, student services, compliance processes, staff coordination, and academic operations.
This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication, leadership, and administrative skills who can contribute towards the academy’s growth and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily educational and administrative operations
- Coordinate student admissions, enrolment, attendance, and learner support activities
- Assist with academic planning, timetabling, and operational coordination
- Support compliance with educational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate student and operational records
- Liaise with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders professionally
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of staff
- Monitor service quality and operational standards
- Assist senior management with strategic planning and business development initiatives
- Prepare reports, documentation, and operational updates
- Support safeguarding, health & safety, and student welfare procedures
- Ensure effective communication across departments and operational teams
Skills & Experience RequiredEssential
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in education management, administration, or operational coordination
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Professional and student-focused approach
Desirable
- Experience working within schools, colleges, academies, or training organisations
- Understanding of compliance and educational quality standards
- Experience managing educational operations or student services
Pay: £38,700.00-£45,000.00 per year
