Job Summary
We are an education organisation dedicated to designing and delivering high-quality educational exchange programmes. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Education Consultant to join our team and help drive our projects forward.
Duties
- Deliver engaging presentations to students, parents, and educational stakeholders to promote our programmes and services
- Design, plan, and coordinate educational exchange programmes
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, Work closely with partners and participants to ensure smooth programme delivery
- Manage daily office administration and operational tasks, Maintain organised records, schedules, and project documentation, Support internal communications and team coordination
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, policies, and technological advancements, Build strong relationships with clients through ongoing support and professional guidance, Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners, Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality, Resolve any operational issues related to suppliers or service providers Manage daily office administration and operational tasks
Requirements
- Educational background or work experience in education-related fields (preferred)
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Spoken and written)
- Valid legal working status in the UK (essential)
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently
- Proficiency in digital content creation tools
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: £15,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London WC1H
