The Early Careers Advisor role is crucial in shaping the future talent pipeline for AG. By focusing on the recruitment of London-based trainees, the role directly impacts the quality and diversity of the firm’s next generation of lawyers. The advisor ensures that AG attracts, selects, and supports outstanding candidates who will contribute to the firm’s continued success and reputation in the legal market.
This role is a 12-month role based in our new London headquarters.
THE TEAM
Our HR Group delivers the people strategy of the firm globally with talented individuals spread across our UK offices (London, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh) and internationally (Dubai and Dublin). The HR Group comprises of the Learning and Development, Reward & Benefits, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Early Careers and Responsible Business teams.
This role is within our Early Careers team, responsible for attraction, recruitment, development and retention of trainees, apprentices & business service graduates across all our offices. We are therefore instrumental to the continuing growth of one of the most respected law firms in our chosen markets & sectors.
You can expect to work cohesively with the wider HR teams, key stakeholders and partners within the business. The Early Careers Team is led by the Head of Early Careers with the support of a 2 Managers, 3 Senior Advisors, 3 Advisors, 1 Senior Co-Ordinator, 2 Assistants and 1 Apprentice.
