Brand new role due to internal promotion! This leading Jewellery/Watch/Accessories group based in North London is seeking a confident and organised administrator to join a very busy E-commerce team. The role is very varied and would suit someone who has a minimum of 1-2 years office experience and basic skills or knowledge of web or E-commerce administration.
An immersive, very interesting role where further training will be provided for the right person – will involve charging for web orders, checking in stock items, preparing for shipments, dealing with customer refunds, queries etc.
You will also assist with creating and scheduling social media posts, fostering interaction with customers, responding to enquiries as well as helping to update website products, updating images and text via AI.
You will need to be proficient in MS office, particularly Excel with some knowledge of Photoshop/Shopify and Hootsuite preferable but not essential.
More importantly, we are seeking a well organised individual who pays attention to detail, can work to deadlines with strong administrative skills and is able to confidently prioritise a busy workload in a fast paced environment!
The role will include further training and development for the right candidate.
