Driver / Office Support Assistant job at West Drayton Full Time NEW

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver / Office Support Assistant for our UK office. The ideal candidate must have excellent driving skills, strong knowledge of vehicles, and hands-on understanding of car maintenance. The candidate should be confident in driving both manual and automatic vehicles and capable of identifying basic mechanical and maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles for official duties, staff transportation, and vehicle maintenance visits.
• Drive both manual and automatic vehicles confidently and responsibly.
• Ensure company vehicles are maintained in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, MOTs, repairs, and workshop visits.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or mechanical issues.
• Maintain records of servicing, repairs, fuel usage, and vehicle documentation.
• Monitor vehicle performance and ensure timely preventive maintenance.
• Assist with basic office administrative and operational tasks when required.
• Follow all UK traffic laws and company safety policies.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license with no penalty points.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of cars and vehicle maintenance.
• Hands-on understanding of routine car maintenance, servicing requirements, and basic mechanical issues.
• Ability to identify maintenance problems and coordinate repairs accordingly.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Good understanding of UK road regulations and driving standards.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual attitude.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling luxury or commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: £18,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
