Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Driver to join Nadodi Holidays in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for tourists across various travel routes in Scotland, including city transfers, airport pickups, and scenic tour destinations.

The role requires excellent driving skills, strong knowledge of Scottish roads and tourist locations, and a customer-focused attitude. The Driver will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience, representing the company with professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities include transporting passengers safely, assisting with luggage, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, conducting routine vehicle checks, and following all road safety regulations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-presented, and capable of delivering high-quality service to international and domestic tourists.

Duties

• Safely operate company vehicles (5-seater and 7-seater cars) for tourist transportation across Scotland
• Provide airport transfers, hotel pickups, and sightseeing tour services
• Ensure passengers are transported safely, comfortably, and reach destinations on time
• Assist customers with luggage loading and unloading when required
• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and roadworthiness
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle at all times
• Follow all UK road traffic laws and company safety regulations
• Plan efficient routes to ensure smooth and timely travel experiences
• Provide polite and professional customer service to all passengers
• Communicate clearly with the operations team regarding schedules, delays, or issues
• Report any vehicle faults or incidents immediately to management
• Represent Nadodi Holidays in a professional and customer-friendly manner at all times

Skills

• Valid UK driving licence suitable for operating 5-seater and 7-seater passenger vehicles
• Proven experience in passenger transport, taxi services, or tourism driving is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Scottish roads, routes, and key tourist destinations
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to ensure safe, smooth, and comfortable journeys for passengers
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to identify and report mechanical issues
• Strong time management and route planning skills to ensure punctuality
• Ability to assist passengers with luggage and handle light physical tasks when required
• High level of attention to detail in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and trip documentation
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with tourists and team members
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
• Understanding of health and safety
