Job Title: Driver / Personal Assistant (Errands & Security-Aware) — Full Time

About the Role

We are a London-based portfolio of hospitality, lifestyle, and professional services businesses seeking a reliable, discreet, and proactive Driver / Personal Assistant to support the CEO and senior team with daily errands, transport, and ad-hoc operational tasks across the group.

This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys being on the move, takes pride in getting things done, and brings a calm, security-conscious mindset to their work. You’ll be the person we trust to handle the things that keep the day running — from collections and deliveries to ferrying documents, equipment, and occasionally team members between sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive the CEO and senior team members to meetings, sites, and appointments across London and occasionally further afield
• Run errands on behalf of the business and CEO — collections, deliveries, banking, supplier drop-offs, post, and personal tasks
• Support multi-site operations across our hospitality and lifestyle businesses (transporting stock, equipment, paperwork between venues)
• Maintain the vehicle in pristine, roadworthy condition (cleaning, fuelling, MOT/service tracking)
• Provide a security-aware presence situational awareness during transport, safeguarding of documents.
• Assist with light loading, lifting, and on-site setup as required
• Liaise with the PA and operations team to plan routes, schedule errands efficiently, and report back on completed tasks
• Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times

Essential Requirements

• Full clean UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
• Confident driving in central London (congestion zones, ULEZ, narrow streets, parking under pressure)
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability
• Smart, professional appearance and manner
• Strong communication skills comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic admin tools
• Right to work in the UK
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, carrying, and being on your feet
• Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information responsibly

Desirable

• SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Close Protection) — or prior experience in security, military, police, or close protection
• First Aid certification
• Knowledge of London routes beyond satnav reliance (“The Knowledge” not required, but local knowledge appreciated)
• Previous experience as a chauffeur, PA driver, or in a similar mixed driver/assistant/CP role
