Your Impact

Working closely with the Lead SENDCo, you will play a key part in the strategic leadership of the department. Your mission will be to:

• Lead & Manage: Assist in overseeing the SEND provision to ensure high-quality, inclusive teaching across the curriculum.

• Drive Progress: Monitor and track student data to ensure every learner is making meaningful strides toward their goals.

• Build Partnerships: Act as a bridge between the school, parents, and external stakeholders to create a unified support network.

• Empower Staff: Support colleagues in implementing effective strategies that make the classroom accessible for all.
